1. Who We Are
PFlix RE-F*ckulator is a free, open-source desktop application for Windows. It is provided at no cost by its developer(s) for personal use by media library enthusiasts.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect nothing.
PFlix RE-F*ckulator does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, usage data, telemetry, analytics, or crash reports. There is no backend server, no user account system, and no data pipeline of any kind.
3. What the App Does on Your Machine
PFlix stores the following data locally on your computer only:
- Your settings and configuration (stored locally in the app's data directory)
- API keys you enter for Plex, Sonarr, Radarr, and Prowlarr (stored locally, never transmitted to us)
- A rename history log (SQLite database on your local drive)
- Cached TMDb lookup results (stored locally to reduce API calls)
None of this data leaves your machine. It is never sent to us or any third party under our control.
4. Third-Party API Calls
PFlix makes network requests to the following services — at your direction and using your credentials:
- TMDb (The Movie Database) — to identify and match movie and TV show titles. TMDb's own privacy policy applies: https://www.themoviedb.org/privacy-policy
- Your Plex Media Server — using the token you provide in Settings
- Your Sonarr / Radarr / Prowlarr instances — using the API keys and addresses you configure
These requests are initiated by you and go directly from your computer to those services. PFlix does not proxy, log, or store the content of these requests.
5. What PFlix Is NOT
- PFlix does not stream, download, or host any media content
- PFlix does not facilitate copyright infringement or piracy
- PFlix does not integrate with any torrent client or peer-to-peer service
- PFlix is a file organization tool — it renames and manages files you already own on your local storage
6. This Website
This website (pflix.cc) is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any form of user identification. No personal data is collected through this website.
7. Children's Privacy
PFlix is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13, because we do not collect data from anyone at all.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy ever changes — for example if a future version of the app introduces optional analytics — this page will be updated and the change will be noted prominently. We will not introduce data collection without being transparent about it.
