1. Acceptance
By downloading or using PFlix RE-F*ckulator ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
2. License
PFlix RE-F*ckulator is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may:
- Download, install, and run the App for personal use
- Share the download link with others
- Use the App to organize media files you own or have legal access to
You may not:
- Sell or charge money for the App
- Redistribute modified versions of the App without clear attribution
- Use the App in ways that violate applicable laws
3. Intended Use
PFlix RE-F*ckulator is a file organization tool designed to help you manage media files on your local computer or network storage. It is intended for use with media you legally own or have legal rights to.
The App is not designed for, and must not be used for:
- Piracy or copyright infringement
- Streaming or distributing copyrighted content without authorization
- Any illegal activity
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy of file matching or renaming results
- Compatibility with any specific system, Plex version, or third-party service
You use the App at your own risk. Always back up your media library before performing bulk rename operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
The developer(s) of PFlix RE-F*ckulator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, incorrect renames, or service disruption.
This limitation applies even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Third-Party Services
The App interacts with third-party services including TMDb, Plex, Sonarr, Radarr, and Prowlarr. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. PFlix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of those services.
7. Open Source
PFlix RE-F*ckulator is open source. The source code is available on GitHub under an open source license. Contributions are welcome and governed by the repository's contribution guidelines.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
